Cathy is based on the Gold Coast and is a qualified Social Worker and Counsellor by profession. Cathy has a Diploma of Applied Science (Community and Human Services) and a Degree in Social Work (Deakin University). Cathy has also counselled and facilitated groups in the area of domestic violence for over four years.
Cathy has been influenced by Louise Hay's work for over 15 years and is now a Certified Workshop Leader. She has completed a Certified Leadership Training Program with Mary Heath, who is the accredited Louise Hay Workshop Leader Trainer for Australia and New Zealand. Cathy is now facilitating workshops and study groups based on Louise Hay, Shakti Gawain, Patricia Crane and others.
Cathy is a motivated and caring person who has a commitment to continued personal growth and seeks to provide the same opportunity to others. She believes being with other like minded people not only enhances your own growth but keeps you focussed and committed. These workshops are for the healing of the individual and the foundation for the healing of the planet. If we are all committed to personal and planetary healing, we will see great changes in our world!
Cathy believes we are responsible for our own choices in life and every thought we have creates our reality. Changing our thoughts can take us from feeling immobilised to taking action in seconds or minutes. Often it is our belief systems based on fear and limitations that hold us back.
Using the Louise Hay philosophies, affirmations and visualisations Cathy was able to change direction twelve years ago. She attended TAFE and then University to take on a complete career change. She has used these philosophies to break though her own limiting belief patterns in the areas of self esteem, self confidence, career, finances, travel and relationships.
